It’s been a while since I’ve had a first, but tonight was finally one of them! I decided to forgo the CFR WOD and did a modified version of a WOD from the Crossfit Regionals. It’s the “Tire Flip Oakatokes WOD” for time.

It feels good to have poured some sweat for a while. My runs from home are great, but I absolutely LOVE the CFR WOD’s that are a combination of strength and cardio. I always feel like I get the most intense workout when I have that combination. Thanks Leah…your coaching and encouragement were awesome!
